Mazher Ahmad

Mazher is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a multi-billion dollar life sciences company, where he oversees all activities relating to culture, employee engagement, high performance team development, change management, D&I and talent acquisition globally.

Prior to joining Ortho, Mazher was a Principal at Philosophy IB, a Heidrick & Struggles company, where he oversaw the firm’s human capital consulting practice as well as practiced as an executive and team development coach. Mazher also served as the Chief People Officer of the KIPP Foundation, the nation’s largest and highest performing charter school management organization. In his role at KIPP, Mazher helped build and manage the organization’s key HR functions. Prior to KIPP, Mazher worked for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) in a number of strategic talent development and business roles, including the Chief of Staff for the Chairman and CEO and was also a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates.

Mazher holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Mazher is actively involved with a number of community service organizations . He has lived abroad and travelled to over forty countries and currently resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife and two children.
